Cancellation & refund policy

Days are counted from the date you notify us of the cancellation until the scheduled check-in date (not the date you paid). For example, if check-in is on August 30, a cancellation received by July 30 qualifies for a full refund.

If you do not show up on the check-in date without notice, or leave before the scheduled check-out date, no refund is due for the unused nights.

If you need to move your stay to different dates, contact us as soon as possible: if the new dates are available, we make the change without applying the cancellation policy (any price difference, up or down, is adjusted accordingly). If we can't agree on new available dates, the refund terms above apply.

In the rare case we need to cancel a confirmed booking (for example due to a serious issue with the property), we refund the full amount paid regardless of how close the date is, and we actively help you find alternative accommodation in the area for the same dates, if you'd like.

For extraordinary events beyond both our control (natural disasters, government travel restrictions, documented serious health issues), we review the situation case by case and may offer a refund or rescheduling outside the standard terms above. Write to us explaining the situation — we always look for the fairest solution for both sides.
